Our family had stayed in the same home on Sunset Beach for over 25 years so we were a bit anxious about both the new home and new beach. I’m happy to say we all were delighted with both! The home is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the screened porch with its view of the water, boat traffic and birds.

The house was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of room to relax and watch the boats on the waterway. Would highly recommend and return in the future.
We love the house! We enjoyed fishing together on the dock and watching boats go by. Having a golf cart really made parking at the beach easier and cheaper since they started paid parking this year.

Shopped in Southport, ate at San Felipe (our favorite), fished the King Mackerel Tournament. Enjoyed the wonderful house and dock!

The house is excellent! It is directly on the intercostal waterway and the dock was very useful. The screened in porch gives you a great view of the water all day, every day. Great floor plan and well appointed.

We had fun fishing, eating great food and playing cards. Weather was perfect. Love the house and dock!

Spent a month here and the living space could not have been better. Absolutely loved the ICW & boats & birds. Hope to do this again next year!

There are really no words I can say to convey what a blessing this place has been to me and my family. It is anything beyond we could ever ask, think or imagine. Almost literally heaven on earth. 12/2024
